No hay imagen ni sonido (o son deficientes).
Si experimenta una imagen deficiente o nula después de conectar el MegaView 63™, intente determinar el problema conectando los dispositivos uno por uno a su televisor o proyector. De esta manera puede determinar si el problema radica en las fuentes HDMI, los cables HDMI, el MegaView 63™ o el televisor.
- Compruebe si el cable de alimentación micro USB está conectado a un puerto USB libre en otro dispositivo
- Utilice únicamente cables certificados HDMI® de alta velocidad para obtener la mejor calidad de imagen y sonido.
- No utilice cables HDMI que sean más largos que los especificados en los datos técnicos.
- li> Comprueba que los cables y/o conectores HDMI no estén dañados.
- Tanto la fuente HDMI como tu televisor o proyector deben ser totalmente compatibles con HDMI
Cómo conecto los cables ?
- ¿Está el interruptor del ecualizador (EQ) en la posición correcta como se especifica en el capítulo 4.4
- Compruebe si la fuente HDMI está encendida.
- Utilice únicamente cables CAT5e/6 como se especifica en la sección 4.2.
- Compruebe que el cable CAT5e/6 esté haciendo una buena conexión (sin roturas).
- Asegúrese de no exceder la longitud máxima del cable.
- Instale su sistema lo menos posible cerca de fuentes de RF (equipos inalámbricos).
- Establezca una resolución más baja en su fuente HDMI, Es posible que el cable CAT5e/6 utilizado no pueda manejar el ancho de banda de resoluciones más altas.
