If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days from the delivery date. Please keep in mind that the product needs to be returned in its original packaging.
How to return a product ?
Please follow these steps::
- As a first step, always contact us by phone +31 40 2122 831 or email email@example.com . Please state the reason for returning the product in your email ; you will usually receive our response within 1 business day.
- We will then instruct you how/where to return the item(s)
- Pack the item to be returned carefully and complete, preferably in the original shipping box, and complete & include this form.
- Return address;
- We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 2 weeks (provided the product or products are received in good condition) . We will do our best to refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but always within 14 days (from the date the return is received at our warehouse).

Despite the high quality of our products you may receive a product that is defective at delivery or becomes defective after use. Please be assured that we will do our best to resolve this issue for you. All our products have a warranty of at least 2 years.
