When can I return a product?

Within the 30-day return period, provided the product is complete and in its original condition and factory packaging – as far as reasonably possible. We therefore advise you to carefully open the packaging upon receipt and keep the shipping box.

How can I return a product?

Follow the procedure below:

1. Always contact us first via Marmitek Returns. Include the reason for return in your email and wait for our response. You will usually receive a reply within 1 working day.

2. Pack the item you want to return carefully and completely, preferably in the original shipping box.

3. After contacting Marmitek Returns, you will receive the return label by email.

4. Drop off the package at a DHL ServicePoint. Keep the proof of shipment.

Refund of the purchase amount

- We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible (within 14 days at the latest) after receiving your return.

- You will receive the full purchase amount, including any originally paid shipping and payment costs (if applicable).

We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. Doesn't this work? Then we will contact you.. 

Costs of return shipment

Return shipment costs may apply. Except in case of warranty.

Warranty

Despite the high quality of our products you may receive a product that is defective at delivery or becomes defective after use. Please be assured that we will do our best to resolve this issue for you. All our products have a warranty of at least 2 years.
