This Zigbee gateway is used to connect Smart me Zigbee products with the Smart me app. You can use it to connect up to 128 smart switches, sensors or other Smart me Zigbee products! In the Smart me app, you can then create scenarios to activate, for example, Smart me LED bulbs and plugs using a Smart me Zigbee sensor or a smart switch. The Smart me Zigbee products are all compatible with all of our smart WiFi products (Smart me).

Frequently asked questions
I cannot install my Zigbee gateway.
If you are going to install the Zigbee gateway, make sure that your smartphone is connected to the WiFi network of the router to which you are going to connect the Link ME. For example, do you have a WiFi mesh network and connect if you connect the Link ME to your modem/router, then that is a different network than your mesh network. To make this go well, you can temporarily switch off the nodes of your mesh network. Then make sure that you are connected to your smartphone connected to the WiFi network of your router. Once the Link ME has been installed, switch the nodes of the mesh network back on.
Can I use multiple Zigbee gateways with the Smart me app?
Yes, you can, but each Gateway creates its own Zigbee network, so multiple gateways are only recommended for multiple locations.
Can I add Philips Hue lamps to the Smart me app?
Yes, it is possible to connect and use Philips Hue lamps in the Smart me app You do need a Link ME (Zigbee gateway) to add it and to be able to operate / use it. Make sure that the Hue lamps are first reset and disconnected from the Hue Bridge before installation in the Smart me app. You reset the Hue lamps via the Hue Bridge or dimmer switch.
Can I add Philips Hue dimmers to the Smart me app?
No, you can only add, control and use the Hue lamps.
Can I add Ikea TRÅDFRI lamps to the Smart me app?
Yes, it is possible to link and use Ikea TRÅDFRI lamps in the Smart me app. You do need a Link ME (Zigbee gateway) to add and operate/use it. Make sure that the Ikea TRÅDFRI lamps have been reset before installation in the Smart me app. You reset the Ikea TRÅDFRI lamps by switching the lamp off/on 6x.
If I start using a different WiFi router, do I have to reinstall all my Zigbee products?
If your new WiFi router gets the same SSID and password as your old WiFi router, everything will continue to work. If that is not the case, you will have to register your WiFi products again. If you have re-registered your Zigbee gateway, all your Zigbee products will work again. You do not have to register this again.
What else can I use the Marmitek Zigbee products with?
Our Smart me app uses the Tuya technology. You can also install our Smart me products in other apps that use the Tuya technology. This can also be done the other way around. You can also easily install third-party products with the Tuya logo in the Smart me app.
Can I also use Zigbee third-party products with the Smart me app?
You can use all Zigbee products that use the Tuya technology with the Smart me app. You do need the Link ME gateway for this. You can also use the lamps from Philips Hue and Ikea TRÅDFRI with the Smart me app.
Can I connect my Zigbee products to multiple gateways?
No, a Zigbee product can only be linked to 1 gateway.
