When the Cam 4K Pro is connected via Bluetooth, you cannot use the camera because Bluetooth cannot transmit video. Use the supplied USB cable to use the camera. -
The Cam 4K Pro looks like it is on, but I am not getting any video on my screen or audio on the speaker. How can I fix this?
If the Cam 4K Pro is not working on your PC or in your software, it may not be selected as the output device. To get sound through the speaker, you need to set the Cam 4K Pro as the audio output on the PC. If the camera and sound are not working properly in your software, check that the Cam 4K Pro is also selected as the output device in the software settings. This does not always happen automatically. It depends on your PC and software settings.
