The GigaView 811 enables you to wirelessly connect a laptop to a projector/beamer without the need to install software. Ideal for use in a meeting room or a classroom. All you need is a projector with an HDMI input, a laptop with an HDMI output and this GigaView 811.

The GigaView 811 transmits the signal of the laptop (or another HDMI device) wirelessly to the receiver that is connected to a projector/beamer. The GigaView 811 is Full HD and supports all 3D formats. Because the signal is transmitted digitally and without compression, the image and sound do no experience any delay or loss of quality.

Frequently asked questions

No sound and image.

  • It may take up to 80 seconds before sound and image start functioning when starting up the transmitter and receiver.
  • Ensure that the HDMI cables used are connected properly and that they are not defective.
  • Select the right HDMI input on your HDTV or HD Projector; consult your user manual if necessary.

The POWER LED continues to flash blue.

  • Ensure that the transmitter and receiver are located within the maximum range. The range will be affected if the device, for example, is located in a cabinet. Try to install the transmitter and receiver at a shorter distance.
  • Try setting another transmission frequency (channel) via the receiver.

The CHANNEL LED continues to flash blue.

  • Try setting another screen resolution on your HD device as this may not be supported. See technical data for the supported video resolutions.
  • Connect your HD device directly to the HDTV or HD Projector in order to set the correct resolution.
  • The LED flashes 3x per second and the screen of the HDTV or HD Projector shows 'No signal'.
  • Ensure that the HDMI cables used are connected properly and that they are not defective.
