Wireless presenting with Marmitek: Here's how it works step by step

Draadloos presenteren met Marmitek: Zo werkt het stap voor stap

Whether you're giving an important presentation at the office or teaching at school – a tangle of cables and complicated connections are a thing of the past. With Marmitek's wireless presentation systems, you can easily share your screen on a large display without technical hassle.

Why present wirelessly?

Wireless presenting is the solution for anyone who wants to quickly and easily share content from a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. It doesn't matter if you're using Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS – with Marmitek, you can stream high-quality images to a TV or projector without installing software or changing settings. It saves time, prevents frustration, and ensures a sleek, professional appearance.

Step 1: Choose the right Marmitek solution

Marmitek offers various wireless HDMI solutions, such as the Marmitek Stream 4K Pro or Stream S2 Pro. These products are specifically designed to wirelessly transmit audio and video in razor-sharp quality, up to 4K.

Depending on your situation, you can choose:

  • Plug & play solutions for occasional use, ideal for small meeting rooms.
  • Professional wireless HDMI transmitters for conference rooms, classrooms, or conference centers.

Step 2: Connect the receiver to your screen

Each Marmitek set consists of a transmitter and a receiver. Start by connecting the receiver to the HDMI input of your TV, projector, or monitor. Use the included adapter or connect the USB cable to a power source.

Once the receiver is connected, a start screen will appear on your display – without the use of a connection code.

Step 3: Connect your device to the transmitter

Connect the transmitter to your laptop, tablet, or other device with HDMI output. This often goes through a USB-C or HDMI connection. Most Marmitek transmitters are automatically recognized – so you don't need to install any software.

Are you using a laptop without an HDMI port? Then you can easily use an adapter or choose a model that also supports USB-C.

Step 4: Start presenting

Once both devices are connected, the system automatically establishes a connection. Within seconds, the image from your device appears on the large screen – completely wireless and without delay.

You can now:

  • Show presentations via PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Stream videos in high quality
  • Display websites or documents to your audience

You maintain full control via your own device, making presenting intuitive and comfortable.

Bonus: Quickly switch between multiple users

Are you giving presentations in a group or team? The Stream 4K Pro and the Stream S2 Pro support multiple transmitters simultaneously. This way, you can easily switch between different laptops without constantly changing cables. Ideal for brainstorming sessions, meetings, or lessons.
